When I engaged in
this whole story, with studio and site, I didn't know exactly how much
work it is. Looking back, I think I am
lucky because around me and with me there are great people with lot of positive
energy, who not only supported me, but had helped me a lot. At the first place,
my great friend Jaca "lawyer", who guided me, completely painlessly,
through all the formal troubles. Not only without pain, but with a huge amount
of laughter, optimism and enthusiasm. Then again, another great woman, who to my great joy I can call my friend - Vesna
"Nitea". For those who do not know - I've never shown
the slightest desire nor the talent to deal with any private initiative. I am convinced that lI ook like someone who
is utterly talentless for action. On the other hand, both Jaca and Vesna are women
kites. And of course, when they both immediately accepted my idea and in this,
do not be no surprise, but behaved like that it is the most natural thing in
the world that I open my studio, create a site and begin to sell jewelry, I had
to believe that I can. Than I met another great team - young,
talented designers from Hominid studio. They made a beautiful sign and logo and all
brand identities for my studio - just as I imagined that I would like. My vague idea was articulated in something
that is very professional, beautiful and above all, very close to me. I am infinitely grateful to them for the
attention they devote to my little brand. In fact, working with Pavle and Vukasin, not for
a moment I felt that I was anything less than major brands with which they work. Another plus for my confidence. Then jumped
in to help wonderful friend Milan from Grafocard. He printed for me the best flyers and
business cards - ever. It should be seen - I'll have to take a photo
and blog it. Finally, to round the story, Tosa - graver, the godfather of my
colleague Vesna, who made the brass stamp with my logo. So now all my pieces of jewelry have a logo
imprinted, or "pendant" plate with the logo.
Ivica from KompArt made a site for me. Another great guy who didn't have an easy time
with me. He served my endless nagging and patiently explained to me why
something cannot be exactly as I imagined. For each deadend he had an alternative route
...
And that's it. I am infinitely excited and happy. I jumped, I believe that luck follows the
brave, and I guess I will learn to swim.
After I finished with a
site, I can finally concentrate on my true passion - making jewelry!
